Kp, solar flux and activity

Activity by condition spots per active hour evens out how long each condition lasted

Spots, Kp, Bz and Dst Bz is the most southward value in each interval. A dot on Kp means Kp reached 5; a dot on Dst means Dst reached −50 nT.

X-ray, protons and flares X-ray is the 0.1–0.8 nm flux. Markers are C-class and stronger: those flares fade HF on the daylit side. Protons are the ≥10 MeV flux, which causes polar-cap absorption once it passes 10 pfu.
